    This programme is designed for community settings and clubs so they feel confident to support their members mental health. We feel that this is an organisational improvement tool and suggest involvement from multiple people.

    We've worked with experts and tested with organisations, to design a checklist for you to work through. With resources, links and videos to support you to implement within your own setting.

  • What's next?

    Once you've completed the checklist, you should be confident that your setting offers a positive environment to support mental health and wellbeing. Coming soon is an opportunity to receive a digital badge and this information will be provided soon.

This programme aims to:

  • Raise awareness of Mental Health and Wellbeing across communities

  • Support settings so they are safe, welcoming and inclusive to increase participation in physical activity whilst enabling clubs to grow their membership, supporting sustainability

  • Champion good mental health and wellbeing for all participants and their workforce, helping to prevent emerging mental health issues from worsening by encouraging conversations and enabling organisations to confidently sign post to resources/sources of support

  • Create stronger connections between local Mental Health bodies (both public and community sector) and clubs/settings

  • Reduce stigma by encouraging regular conversations about mental health
